Returns & Refund Policy

Exchanges may be made for store credit only within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Bags are eligible for in stock upgrades at the time of the request. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Store credits are valid for one calendar year. All original packaging must be included.  Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. All Sale items are FINAL SALE.  Once we receive your item, we will inspect and notify you on the status of your exchange or upgrade.
